About the Role

The Key Account Manager at SIXT USA is responsible for managing and growing relationships with corporate clients within the Central region, primarily based in Chicago. The role involves negotiating agreements, finding new leads, traveling to client sites, and ensuring seamless sales operations to drive revenue growth. The position is integral to SIXT's dynamic sales team, focusing on customer solutions and strategic planning to maintain and expand key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate agreements with existing and new local corporate clients
  • Find leads and potential customers or companies through different lead sources
  • Travel to clients within a defined geographical area to build and maintain relationships
  • Manage the strategic planning of sales activities and hold regular review meetings to monitor revenue development and growth
  • Handle customer-specific solution implementations for corporate clients
  • Maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure repeat business

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in B2B sales or account management within the travel industry, mobility services sector, automotive, or related industries
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields
  • Proficiency in computer navigation including Salesforce and Microsoft Office Applications
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and professional communication skills
  • Success-oriented mindset with the ability to track, manage, and present KPIs
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory and be based in Chicago

  • Experience in the travel industry, mobility services, automotive, or related sectors
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
