As a Key Account Manager in our National Account Program, you'll drive strategic growth, build lasting partnerships, and ensure our customers receive world-class service. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet growth and retention targets
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for national accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and increase account value
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions
  • Lead RFQ and pricing processes, ensuring competitive and compelling proposals
  • Monitor account performance metrics and take proactive steps to address gaps
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity in CRM systems
  • Share insights and best practices with regional and global account teams
  • Demonstrate a strong hunter sales mindset by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs through disciplined execution and follow-through

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in key account management within freight forwarding sales
  • Strong understanding of domestic logistics and supply chain operations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building long-term relationships
  • Proven track record of new business development and sales success

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in key account management within freight forwarding sales
