About the Role

The Launch Account Manager is responsible for building relationships with boards and POA offices for assigned properties, ensuring the launch process progresses smoothly, and providing a high-quality 'white glove' experience from day one. The role acts as the key onsite communicator between the company and the property during project launch and installation phases, coordinating operational needs, community engagement, and customer issues to facilitate successful project deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintains constant and ongoing communication regarding project status with property stakeholders.
  • Is on site throughout the entire launch of the project or visits the new construction project weekly during construction and more often as necessary during the move-in process after TCO.
  • Holds meetings with community representatives or developers as appropriate.
  • Represents the company during scheduled property Town Halls and/or Board Meetings.
  • Collaborates with operational teams to create orders for all operational needs including on-site personnel, workspace, equipment, and facilities.
  • Obtains lists of property VIPs, Board Members, and other 'friendlies' for testing and initial installs.
  • Coordinates pre-launch community-wide signup events to kick-start the home survey/LOA process.
  • Coordinates contract deliverables including hardware and services to common areas and back-office locations.
  • Handles MSAs and all correspondence for VIPs, Board Members, and other 'friendlies.'
  • Manages escalated customer and on-site subscriber issues, including damage claims.
  • Coordinates and executes informational community-wide meetings to train residents on technology or inform them of project status.
  • Introduces ongoing operational Account Manager to the property upon turnover to internal operations.
  • Collaborates with the team to deliver marketing materials and recommend additional collateral.
  • Responds to customer web inquiries and social media posts, and updates the web portal blog when applicable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years' telecommunications industry experience with account management experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of cable and telecommunications products and services is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Must embrace company principles and demonstrate understanding of Hotwire's White Glove culture.
  • Must be able to drive and have an active, clean, non-restrictive state-issued driver's license in the assigned territory.

  • Knowledge of cable and telecommunications products and services.
