The team advocates for customer perspectives during planning, innovation, and brand strategy meetings, creating tools such as national playbooks and new item sell-in materials, and resolving channel conflicts. The role involves developing sales strategies, communicating brand initiatives, driving in-market execution, and translating national brand strategies for Meow Mix, converting marketing plans and insights into channel-specific objectives to meet volume and share targets. The position is based in Orrville, OH, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring a minimum of 9 days onsite per month.
