About the Role

The Lead Development Executive for France and Benelux is responsible for generating and qualifying leads within their assigned market, working closely with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and ensure high-quality lead handover. They play a crucial role in driving early-stage pipeline growth and supporting the company's expansion in the region. The role involves leveraging technology and innovative strategies to build a robust sales pipeline in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage target accounts within the assigned region (France / Benelux).
Run proactive outreach programs through calls, emails, and social channels to generate interest and develop leads into qualified opportunities.
Qualify prospects based on agreed criteria and frameworks to contribute to a robust pipeline.
Adhere to and suggest process improvements to ensure optimal handover of qualified opportunities to sales teams.
Leverage data enrichment, CRM, sales management, and cadence tools to track outreach activities, update lead details, and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate within marketing to refine messaging, provide feedback on campaign effectiveness, and align outreach strategies with marketing programs.

Requirements

First experience (internship, apprenticeship, or first job) in lead generation and qualification within a sales or marketing environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales management tools.
Proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to suggest and implement process improvements.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and align strategies with broader marketing and sales objectives.
Fluent in French and English.
