Lead Digital Product Manager (Gen AI)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
• Act as key participant in large-scale planning
• Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
• Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
• Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
• Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
• Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
• Contribute to planning related to the execution of the digital strategy
• Independently resolve complex issues
• Support the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
• Support delivery of solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking

Requirements

• 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• Understanding of digital strategy, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience delivering complex GenAI use cases
• 3+ years of experience in an agile environment
• Understanding of Commercial Banking Front Office activities
• Experience delivering digital products in a cross line of business or enterprise environment including data sourcing and integration requirements with internal providers and third parties
• Experience developing measurement systems to support product performance analysis including OKR / KPI framework and model evaluation needs
• Ability to collaborate and consult with key business partners/subject matter experts and translate complex, technical concepts
