Lead Implementation Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, directing, a coordinating project activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet quality objectives.
• Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role of management.
• Manages client project activities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet quality objectives.
• Provides training, assistance, guidance, and directions for team members.
• Meet with the business and vendors to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.
• Reviews project plans to plan and coordinate project activity.
• Identifies gaps in department procedures and ensures they are remediated.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration and management.
• 4+ years of experience in the Payments Industry, or related experience.
• 2+ years of Project Management, or related experience.
• Primarily move about the work environment.
• Ability to operate office equipment such as computer, telephone, printer, and calculator.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in written form.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the Payments Industry.
• Additional project management experience.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration and management.
