About the Role

BAE is seeking an HCM Scrum Master to assist with overseeing and management of IT project(s) supporting Human Capital Management (HCM). The ideal candidate will embody a mindset and approach to project management that prioritizes flexibility, continuous improvement, customer focus, and rapid iteration, by combining the principles of "lean" methodology with the core values of "agile". The role involves performing key project management duties to support the IT project(s) and program(s). Key Responsibilities

Proven experience serving in a Scrum Master role, taking a proactive approach to work
Versed in Agile methodologies
Ability to identify and report risks
Experience with direct tasking to a diverse team of IT and HRIS professionals
Understanding the PeopleSoft product, its features, and functionality
Experience managing technical schedules as they align to a roadmap
Ability to manage and ensure all project issues are resolved promptly to avoid negative impact to the budget or schedule
Provide project reporting
Get team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques
Coach the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicate effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team
Contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization
Facilitate and support all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective

Requirements
