About the Role

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the specified locations. The role involves driving the strategy, requirements, technology development, and customer experience for AT&T's consent program, with a focus on growing marketability, personalization, revenue, and customer satisfaction within the Marketing & Growth Organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Design the recapture of customer consent by researching industry best practices, defining business and data migration requirements, and partnering with technology teams to develop the Consent & Preference Platform with an intuitive user interface.
  • Develop test plans and acceptance criteria to ensure an effortless customer experience and coordinate integration of consent recapture within Digital, Retail, and Care sales channels.
  • Develop plans to evolve platforms to align with transformation initiatives, audit legacy processes, and retire end-of-life consent collection points.
  • Define and own performance data and analysis to support ongoing improvement, including developing and presenting business cases for technology investments, campaigns, and incentives.
  • Request and manage budgets to support initiatives, define metrics, KPIs, and reporting requirements, and interpret data to analyze performance and make recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the use of consent data by inspecting data flows, logic, and code, and to simplify and automate campaign review processes, writing requirements and coordinating with platform teams to implement improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • SQL skills.

Nice to Have

  • Relentless curiosity and interest in understanding marketability drivers and analyzing key performance metrics.
  • Experience designing performance targets, interpreting data, and developing business cases.
  • Experience with market/customer research and competitive benchmarking.
  • Experience designing and presenting executive updates.
  • Knowledge of digital architecture, tools, and platforms.
  • Experience leading new product/platform development and go-to-market launches.
  • Snowflake and Tableau experience.
  • Knowledge of general market and subscription-based service best practices for customer communications and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
