About the Role

As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Zocdoc, you will play a meaningful role in shaping how healthcare providers discover, choose, and succeed with Zocdoc through thoughtful, data-driven campaigns that drive growth and long-term engagement. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing campaigns to achieve key growth metrics in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving brand awareness and pipeline growth through sophisticated marketing campaigns, including email, digital nurtures, personalized landing pages, social media, content marketing, webinars, and event promotion.
  • Evolving marketing materials to address specific partner value propositions, use cases, and pain points, and continuously adjusting based on feedback, testing, and market insights.
  • Designing and executing onboarding journeys that educate new customers on key product features, drive early engagement, and reduce time to value.
  • Partnering with stakeholders in Product, Product Marketing, and ABM Marketing to understand roadmaps and recommend initiatives supporting their goals.
  • Optimizing database quality and segmentation to drive more personalized and actionable campaigns.
  • Owning and growing Zocdoc's Invite Program to drive referrals of new practices by leveraging customer satisfaction and advocacy.
  • Defining, owning, and reporting on growth KPIs, demonstrating impact on Marketing Qualified Leads, Inbounds, and New Client Activations, and refining campaigns for better results.
  • Regularly analyzing campaign performance and user behavior to generate insights, communicate results, and deliver strategic recommendations to marketing leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years experience in B2B email marketing strategy, production, and end-to-end campaign management.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies that fuel customer growth.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Marketo), including personalization, A/B testing, and segmentation.
  • Expertise in email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copy, and design approaches.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication, rapport-building, and presentation skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in channels such as website, SMS, push notifications, or paid digital marketing.

Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B email marketing strategy and campaign management.
