As the Liquidity & Deposits Product Management Group Manager Senior, you will be a senior member of PNC's Treasury Management organization, reporting to the Head of TM Product and Operations. This position involves leading product management for liquidity and deposit portfolios, collaborating across leadership to deliver seamless customer experiences, leveraging digital tools, and supporting payables and receivables platforms. The role requires managing a team, defining strategies, influencing stakeholders, and driving business growth within the Treasury Management space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and align liquidity and deposit products with Treasury Management and Commercial Banking strategy.
  • Coordinate approach with PNC Asset & Liability Management and other Lines of Business.
  • Articulate strategies and influence outcomes with executive audiences and relationship managers.
  • Create executable plans to scale business and respond quickly to market factors.
  • Manage and grow priorities such as Escrow & Paying Agent and Organizational Financial Wellness.
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team and deliver exceptional value to customers.
  • Develop the vision and define the strategy for the product portfolio through leadership of teams managing new and existing products.
  • Ensure product offerings meet profitability and customer goals, leveraging technology, operations, and data analytics.
  • Participate in the marketplace to influence product and customer experience trends, maintain industry networks, and sponsor product development projects.
  • Manage progress of initiatives to ensure timely completion within budget and strategic goals.
  • Serve as final escalation point, ensuring successful outcomes from stakeholders including sales, marketing, and digital channels.
  • Lead activities with external stakeholders and clients throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Own business response to audit and regulatory findings, and remediate MRAs.
  • Manage, motivate, and develop the performance of multiple product lines and managers, including developing succession plans.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience with a large scope of responsibility, including at least 5 years of management experience.
  • Industry-relevant experience of 8+ years, with a university/college degree or higher (Masters, PhD, or certifications).
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking in a global payments space.
  • Knowledge of corporate banking and liquidity products.
  • Consultative insights to develop business cases and growth plans.
  • Strong understanding of digital technology and payments solutions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and influencing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; no specific certifications required.

Qualifications

  • Typically requires 8+ years of industry experience.
  • At least 5 years of prior management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree.
