Through operational excellence, innovation, and collaboration, the Loss Prevention team is exceptional at quickly designing and implementing innovative new solutions for diverse Loss Prevention challenges while simultaneously building strong partnerships across Human Resources, Stores Operations, Supply Chain, and Compliance teams. The role involves monitoring, analyzing, and supporting internal and external escalations to protect company assets and uphold safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end triage and response for enterprise-impacting escalations
Remotely monitor Ulta Beauty assets within an assigned area
Identify and utilize the correct internal resources for monitoring and responding to escalations
Provide the appropriate level of insight and risk analysis to stakeholders through outbound communication and internal tracking
Support Severity Level investigations and communicate findings to stakeholders
Ownership of communication and documentation for post-care incident workflows
Partner and support the EPICenter Operations Manager on elevated or complex issues
Document incidents and investigations as assigned
Meet assigned quality metrics and service level goals

Requirements

Associate's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Loss Prevention, Security, Crisis Management, or related function
Experience utilizing PC software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Expertise conducting complex/confidential open-source intelligence investigations ('skip tracing') via web tools/intelligence software
Solid working knowledge of current Loss Prevention technology (MS Office, EAS, Burglar Alarms, Networks, BI, CCTV, Kronos, POS systems, case management software, exception-based reporting)
Possesses solid business acumen, judgment, and the highest ethical character
Proven ability to make good decisions under pressure
Strong planning, organization, collaboration, and decision-making skills
Ability to compile and analyze data across multiple data systems and/or corporate business partners
Ability to communicate information both verbally and in writing in a concise, detailed, and accurate fashion
Ability to multitask and prioritize time-sensitive deadlines

Nice to Have

Prior call center experience
