Luminis Health Fundraising Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling visual designs for marketing materials and other assets, both in print and digital formats.
• Work closely with the event team to design and manage creation of event materials and signage to communicate impact, promote attendance, generate revenue, and steward sponsors and donors.
• Manage the Foundations' email and web platforms, developing a keen understanding of templates and functionality.
• Develop branding and marketing materials for a wide variety of projects in conjunction with the Foundation teams at Luminis Health.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Luminis Health Marketing and Communications, to understand brand standards and project requirements and translate them into high-quality designs.
• Ensure all assets are optimized for various platforms such as social media, paid ads, email campaigns, and presentations.
• Manage social media presence from strategy to content creation through execution for both Foundations and their events.
• Maintain and develop brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and prioritization skills, flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working in digital marketing and graphic design.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of web design principles, user experience (UX), and responsive design.
• An existing portfolio of digital and content creation, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and digital advertising.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, initiative, follow-through, discretion, and judgment.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with the nonprofit sector is a plus.
• Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Enthusiastic, team-oriented, professional, self-starter, and committed to hard work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design.
