MANAGER - ADVERTISING

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all advertising production and execution across radio, television, outdoor, print, digital, internet, and social media platforms.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee all copy, art, lists, cost estimates, invoices, and other materials through every stage of production.
• Handle all aspects of property signage, including planning, development, execution, installation, and budget management.
• Interface with department heads to ensure timely development of creative materials for property programs.
• Work proactively with creative teams, agencies, and vendors to improve production solutions for marketing materials.
• Manage production schedules to ensure project timeliness.
• Manage photo and video shoots for marketing purposes.
• Evaluate and manage advertising and public relations budgets, including obtaining bids and initiating purchases.
• Review vendor invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain files of all completed production jobs.
• Ensure compliance with Gaming Commission Regulations and departmental policies.
• Handle team member and guest concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Create a safe, clean, and professional work environment that promotes high morale and productivity.

Requirements

• A good eye for design and familiarity with basic graphic design mechanics and packages.
• Ability to multi-task with solid time management skills.
• Outstanding communication, writing, and proof-reading abilities.
• Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• High level of self-direction, motivation, and energy.
• Excellent customer service skills with effective listening abilities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing).
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, advertising, public relations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of experience in casino or hospitality industry with marketing, promotions, or events experience preferred.
• Advanced understanding of internet marketing, SEO, and social media preferred.
• Basic image manipulation skills in Photoshop or similar programs preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Qualifications
