About the Role

The Manager, Brand and Social Media at Teleflora is a key member of the consumer marketing team, responsible for managing the execution of brand campaigns, social media, and influencer strategies. This role involves developing and executing seasonal lifestyle photo shoots and social video content across priority platforms, supporting B2B initiatives, and eCommerce. The position offers an opportunity for a passionate marketer to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, with a focus on growth, innovation, and strategic development. The role is based in West Los Angeles, CA, with a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategy, creative briefs, work orders, presentations, and reporting for brand campaigns and social media initiatives.
  • Manage campaign development including research, data analysis, insights, concept development, strategy, and rationale.
  • Directly manage paid and organic social media efforts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and influencer networks.
  • Create and maintain social media editorial calendar in partnership with the Senior Manager, Marketing.
  • Manage lifestyle product photo shoots for content used on social media, B2B initiatives, and eCommerce.
  • Partner with in-house agency and consumer insights team on brand and social media strategy, tracking, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce, product marketing, and florist marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and look across all platforms.
  • Develop and execute philanthropic consumer-facing programming.
  • Manage department budget and maintain monthly reporting.
  • Oversee in-house and offsite production for national holiday brand campaigns.
  • Travel up to 20% for local photo shoots, campaign shoots, industry events, and PR events.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of brand marketing and social media experience, including strategy and execution.
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills, with the ability to build presentations and connect with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Excel with attention to detail, data accuracy, and formatting.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to leverage data and insights for strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to map out timelines based on priorities and ongoing initiatives.
  • Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with a creative eye.
  • Experience interfacing with executives and agency partners, managing the creative process.
  • Bachelor's degree.
