Key Responsibilities

Assisting the Creative Director in developing broader brand concepts, strategies, and presentations.
Collaborating with Project Managers to ensure resources are allocated appropriately based on project requirements.
Managing and overseeing Design team projects. Refine workflows for efficiency and consistency. Identify and fix bottlenecks. Standardize practices and maintain quality standards.
Steering the design and development of creative materials.
Assessing the performance of the Design team and guiding enhancement.
Maintaining consistency in brand identity and messaging across all channels.
Facilitate team communication and knowledge sharing, including coordination between design and other departments, leading meetings, and brainstorming sessions.
Ensure team proficiency and provide training.
Stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in design with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the field.
Digital agency, lifestyle, or technical experience preferred.
Golf knowledge is a plus.
Supervisory experience required.
