The Manager, CRM and Marketing Technologies, US Heme Business Unit will be part of the Patient Experience and Customer Operations (PECO) team within the US Heme Business unit, supporting patients, providers, and caregivers in gene therapy treatments for sickle cell disease (SCD) and transfusion dependent thalassemia (TDT). The role involves supporting the continuous improvement of the CRM system, onboarding Authorized Treatment Centers and their users into digital systems, and supporting the marketing team's technological roadmap. The position reports to the Director of Digital Strategy & Analytics and is based at Vertex, a global biotechnology company committed to scientific innovation and fostering an inclusive, diverse culture.
