The role involves working within the AIM team, a part of Global Commercial Marketing, which enables business growth through analytics, insights, and measurement strategies. The Manager will focus on driving profitable growth through strategic analyses, experiments, and partnership with various teams, primarily in New York.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform strategic analyses, synthesize conclusions, and communicate recommendations to partners and senior leaders.
  • Drive strategic decision making and execute new strategies via advanced analytics and disciplined test & learn experiments.
  • Partner closely with AIM Strategy teams, Customer Marketing, and GCS Finance teams to provide meaningful measurement analytics and actionable insights.
  • Perform campaign measurements, ROI analysis, and experiment setup to enable business growth.
  • Lead measurement of innovative analytics strategies across marketing channels for the US SME & Customer Marketing segment to increase engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Economics) or business field experience with data querying languages (like Hive and SQL) and scripting languages (Python).
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills to solve unstructured and complex business problems.
  • Ability to articulate key findings to senior leaders and stakeholders to influence decision making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience initiating and completing analytical projects with minimal guidance.
  • Understanding of experimental test vs control and reading statistical reports.
  • Ability to manage several concurrent projects through collaboration across teams and geographies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure situations with minimal errors.

Nice to Have

  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field.
  • 2+ years of work experience in analytics (1+ years with a Master's).
  • Experience with big data programming languages like Hive or Spark.
  • Experience in designing and executing tests.
  • Background in commercial data and products.
  • Strong knowledge of statistics.
  • Excellent programming skills and comfort with data manipulation tools.
  • Work experience in relevant industry and domain.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with data querying and scripting languages such as Hive, SQL, Python.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
