About the Role

The Digital Analytics Manager is a strategic role responsible for driving data-informed decision-making across Safelite's digital platforms. By integrating internal and external data sources, this role develops advanced models and analyses that uncover actionable insights. The manager provides a comprehensive view of customer interactions and enhances the understanding of digital behavior. In addition to technical expertise, the role emphasizes leadership through influence, fosters a culture of analytics, and supports the growth of team capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a robust testing environment by leading ideation and design of digital experiments, estimating test durations, developing and executing measurement plans, conducting research and post-test analysis, and fostering cross-functional awareness of testing initiatives.
  • Ensure comprehensive measurement of digital tests (including A/B and multivariate tests across digital properties) by applying rigorous testing principles and overseeing execution through both individual contributions and team efforts.
  • Identify and fulfill analytical needs within the digital ecosystem, with a focus on developing effective dashboards, implementing accurate tagging strategies, and delivering actionable reporting.
  • Uncover opportunities to enhance the digital experience by proactively analyzing user behavior, identifying friction points, and recommending data-driven improvements.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of technically specialized analysts in alignment with Safelite's People Powered principles, fostering growth, collaboration, and excellence in digital analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, analytics or related quantitative field
  • 4-6 years of directly related experience
  • Experience managing highly technical teams
  • Experience using Google measurement suite
  • Strong communication, relationship building and influencing skills
  • Proficient in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Proficient using Microsoft products such as Outlook and Excel
  • Proficient using data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Tableau
  • Well-versed in writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling narratives to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and highly matrixed organization with rapidly shifting priorities

Nice to Have

  • Master's Degree in Statistics, analytics, or related quantitative field
