The Digital team at Atlantic Music Group, part of WMG, is a full-service marketing team dedicated to building artist careers through digital strategies, content creation, fan engagement, and innovative campaigns at the intersection of music and technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with country artists, managers, and key label executives to shape innovative, impactful digital marketing strategies.
  • Oversee multiple artist projects simultaneously, driving every stage of a digital music release from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with product managers and in-house creative, development, and video teams to bring artists' visions to life.
  • Work closely with the influencer marketing team to deliver campaigns cohesive with the digital strategy and overall artist positioning.
  • Brainstorm and execute content strategies across platforms including socials, websites, fan pages, DSPs, and more.
  • Build and nurture community-driven initiatives both online and in real life, fostering deeper artist-fan connections.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with digital partners and affiliates to expand artist visibility and reach.
  • Plan, budget, and launch targeted ad campaigns to effectively engage desired audiences and strengthen market presence.
  • Work with artists and managers to anticipate needs, deliver solutions, and ensure seamless campaign and release execution.
  • Maintain a detailed, organized approach to guarantee smooth rollouts across all campaigns and releases.
  • Report on digital initiatives with regular updates, recaps, and insights during weekly meetings.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field.
  • Passion for music and technology, with a love for the internet, social media, and music.
  • Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and urgent tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent listening, interpreting, and communication skills.
  • Creative, self-starter, curious, and willing to learn new skills.
  • Understanding of digital content movement and trends in social platforms.
  • Experience with streaming platforms and social media publishing tools.

Nice to Have

  • Working knowledge of interactive technologies and tools including email, social media, and viral marketing techniques (TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Discord, YouTube, SoundCloud, Snapchat).
  • Understanding of what content moves online conversations.
  • Knowledge of trends and emerging social platforms.
  • Experience with Photoshop, video editing, and social media publishing tools.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar.

  • Salary range from $58,656 to $80,000 annually.
