Manager Digital Workplace

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain store-specific configuration components in Digital Workplace applications, including organization hierarchies, targeted digital content, and relevant communications, collaborating with cross-functional business partners.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and influence future strategies for Digital Workplace tools and processes.
• Design, create, and maintain analytical tools to track key performance indicators and usage trends to influence adoption and improve effectiveness.
• Serve as the primary contact for Digital Workplace-related field inquiries, identify root causes of issues, and recommend solutions.
• Define and deliver business case development, ROI analysis, and awareness campaigns for Digital Workplace initiatives.
• Lead training sessions for end users on system functionality and navigation, and share best practices with the user community.
• Provide operational guidance and strategic leadership to manage ongoing workforce operations.
• Maintain awareness of the latest trends and tools in technology to align with strategic initiatives and deliver innovative workforce management solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or 3 to 5 years of equivalent work experience.
• Experience with workforce management software, including scheduling and task management, is preferred.
• Project management experience, especially leading multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Expert-level verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence colleagues and cross-functional teams throughout the organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong business acumen; retail store experience is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to travel, including overnight stays, as required (10% or less).

Nice to Have

• Experience with technical or creative writing in a social media environment.
