Manager, District - Immediate Consumption

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.
• Responsible for the coaching, developing and encouraging excellence from a diverse team.
• Manage the planning, administration, sales, and distribution within a designated sales territory.
• Manage sales, profit, and operational expenses for the territory.
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Manage within OPEX Budget within union and nonunion work force.
• Monitor market execution and merchandising standards compliance.
• Manage and audit team members' timekeeping.
• Merchandising and organizing company and customer owned equipment.

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in consumer products/direct store delivery sales.
• Requires experience managing people and budgets.
• 3+ years' experience supervising sales staff.
• Intermediate computer and database application skills.
• Ability to create and conduct sales presentations.
• Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
• Experience with Nielsen Data preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds, bend, reach, and kneel.

Nice to Have

• Packaged goods experience.
• Some beverage experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
