Key Responsibilities

  • Providing direction to Account Executives.
  • Ensuring location sales budgets and objectives are achieved.
  • Overseeing day-to-day activities of the sales team.
  • Monitoring Account Executives in all areas of their assignments.
  • Cultivating connections with clients.
  • Embracing the latest media trends.
  • Collaborating with agency partners on advertising solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in sales or marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Management or leadership experience (2+ years).
  • Media sales experience (5+ years).
  • Skills in communication, leadership, collaboration, and project management.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing a sales team in a digital advertising environment.
  • Knowledge of current media trends and advertising solutions.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in sales or marketing or related field.
