The Manager, Media Real Time Amplification - Brazil, will develop connection plans across brands and campaigns, optimize media plans, control media investments, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with global guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop connection plans across brands and campaigns, recommending allocation of activation DME to different consumer and shopper touchpoints.
  • Ensure the most effective and efficient media plans for brands, outperforming competitors in all brand program KPIs.
  • Control media investment (real vs planned), approve agency buying orders in Lumina, shifts, and invoices, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
  • Prepare budget evolution information (real vs planned investment) and revise and approve media buying POs sent to agencies and media partners.
  • Work on strategic initiatives to recruit intenders and neutrals faster, recommending the ideal DMI based on past learnings and business needs.
  • Monitor and report on brand presence across channels, including copy rotation, Kids Policy, productivity, and brand safety.
  • Partner with FL and bottlers to capture the right opportunities in Latin American countries.
  • Interact regularly with global IMX team, category leaders, creative strategists, brand managers, and franchise marketing teams.
  • Ensure consistent brand presence, voice, and calendar across social media channels aligned with global strategies and guidelines.
  • Serve as the main contact point for social media partners (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) at a country level.
  • Establish routines with the crisis management team to address potential social media issues promptly.
  • Implement best practices from other OUs and global teams for effective social media and media plans.
  • Work in agile cross-functional teams with expertise in media planning, social media, and real-time amplification.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the evolved media landscape and e-commerce.
  • Experience working with external partners such as agencies, production houses, media companies, and influencers.
  • Ability to work in agile cross-functional teams.
  • Media Planning Strategy, social media, and real-time experience (5 years).
  • Experience working with agencies and technology vehicles is preferred.
  • Preference for experience developing non-conventional communication plans with a focus on digital marketing and storytelling.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
