About the Role

The Media Marketing Manager, OOH, Print, & Publisher, North America at Ralph Lauren supports the strategic development and execution of paid brand advertising campaigns across various media channels including outdoor, print, and digital via publisher partnerships. This role is a key member of the North America Media & Digital Marketing team, responsible for shaping brand experience both offline and online through high-impact storytelling, blending creativity, data, and cultural relevance while working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of 360° paid media campaigns across North America to communicate Ralph Lauren's brand message in an elevated, impactful manner.
  • Drive brand visibility, engagement, and innovation across various Ralph Lauren lines and partnerships including Polo Ralph Lauren, Ralph Lauren Purple Label & Collection, Fashion Shows, Sports Partnerships, Home, Fragrance, and more.
  • Lead day-to-day campaign operations including media planning, audience segmentation, creative briefings, and platform-specific executions.
  • Oversee media buying across Print, OOH, and Digital, ensuring placements reflect a premium, brand-safe environment.
  • Manage RFP processes and partner selection for digital media buys, aligning with campaign objectives and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with Paid Social and Performance Marketing teams to ensure full-funnel and cross-channel alignment.
  • Coordinate with Creative and Content teams to ensure assets are elevated, platform-appropriate, and aligned with campaign needs.
  • Serve as the liaison between internal teams, external media agencies, and vendors to foster strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Identify and test new offline and online media executions, tools, and trends to drive innovation.
  • Manage the creative briefing process to ensure timely asset delivery and successful campaign execution.
  • Track and manage media budgets, including PO creation, invoicing, coding, and reconciliation.
  • Maintain documentation related to campaign spend, media calendars, creative assets, and agency deliverables for tracking and reporting.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for optimization and future strategy.
  • Produce brand plan decks and post-campaign reports with insights and learnings for teams and leadership.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate the Media Marketing Associate to ensure success and professional growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in media marketing, ideally within a lifestyle or fashion brand or agency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint skills and a strong eye for visual storytelling.
  • Deep knowledge of luxury consumer behavior and current offline and online media trends.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated success in designing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns.
  • Strategic understanding of how creative assets influence the customer journey.
  • Ability to lead projects from concept through execution and post-campaign analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple initiatives independently.
  • Knowledge of platforms such as Monday.com, Figma, Aravo, Ariba is a plus.

Qualifications
