Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the Retail Media landscape, the changing needs of the CPG community, and shifting consumer sentiment and behaviors.
  • Lead media planning, execution, and measurement to deliver a holistic media perspective to brand partners for key moments.
  • Lead compilation of insights and data points for seasonal and enterprise moments to inform UB Media pitch decks.
  • Work closely with agency partners to build comprehensive plans and provide best-in-class digital media solutions for seasonal and enterprise moments.
  • Collaborate with internal and agency teams on innovation, including driving new ad solutions from market feedback and positioning these solutions.
  • Partner with the core media team to identify opportunities across Ulta Beauty marketing and UB Media.
  • Execute comprehensive media strategies and be accountable for high-caliber output and operational excellence.
  • Educate team and key stakeholders in media and marketing best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in media, marketing, business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience developing integrated media plans with an emphasis on social and digital channels.
  • 3+ years of experience working with or at Retail Media Networks.
  • Deep understanding of the media landscape, media consumption, and how to connect media strategies with digital and social activation channels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities from different parts of the business.
  • Experience motivating partner teams towards shared goals, anticipating channel needs, and evaluating performance results.
  • Strong analytics skills with data and measurement, and ability to extract relevant and actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Experience working in matrixed organization settings, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing/influencing external agency partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite of products.
