About the Role

The Manager of Sales and Marketing Operations oversees a team of Contract Processors, Latitudes Consultants, and Sales Support Associates, acting as a liaison between sales support teams and assisting in resolving guest and owner-related challenges. The role involves evaluating quality assurance performances, supporting sales training, and ensuring customer service excellence within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate Quality Assurance performances weekly to identify opportunities to reduce sale rescissions.
Work closely with sales management and sales support team members to resolve customer service issues.
Oversee the implementation of training materials and techniques, and train new QAOs and existing personnel.
Assist the Sales Training department in evaluating and coaching Sales Consultants for continuous improvement.
Assist with overflow tasks in Sales Support, Sales Contract, and Quality Assurance.

Requirements

Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
