About the Role

The Manager Paid Advertising - Digital Marketing oversees investment and execution of digital campaign strategy within North America, focusing on performance across omni-channel digital media advertising for the company's brand portfolio. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing paid media strategies and budgets, and optimizing media performance to meet regional business needs. The position is based at the Estero, FL or Atlanta, GA office with at least 3 days per week onsite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support the performance of media advertising plans and strategy optimization through thoughtful and actionable recommendations to support regional goals and targets to deliver ROI.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of digital media advertising channels and results across tactics to draw insights for optimizations.
  • Lead strategy end-to-end process execution, and implementation of entire initiatives with an eye toward continuous improvement.
  • Synthesize data and analysis of reporting to support forward-looking media planning.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of SEM, PPC, Display, Programmatic paid conversion channels, and deliver successful results.
  • Contribute as part of a global media and advertising marketing team, sharing insights, best practices, and understanding digital marketing trends across regions.
  • Keep up with the latest digital media advertising trends across platforms and media publishers.
  • Utilize tools such as GA4, Google Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI for analytics and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to align strategies, messages, creatives, and key metrics.
  • Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for leadership, measurement, and analytics.
  • Run campaign tests, analyze data, and leverage insights for optimization across channels and tactics.
  • Develop clear performance reports and communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Marketing preferred or relevant area of education.
  • 3-5 years' experience in Digital Media or Media Advertising; agency experience preferred.
  • Moderate to expert proficiency in media buying and planning.
  • Strong paid advertising platform knowledge including Google Analytics GA4, AdWords-SA360, DV360, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok.
  • Experience analyzing media performance data full funnel KPIs across channels.
  • Experience working with Brand lift, Search Lift, Conversion Lift, Reach & Frequency reports is a plus.
  • Highly analytical with experience in campaign reporting and attribution models.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and locations, influence stakeholders, and demonstrate initiative.
  • Results-driven with the ability to work under tight deadlines and in ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
