Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 9-figure annual budgets efficiently by working with channel owners and growth leaders to optimize and deploy marketing dollars.
  • Establish the structure and processes to operate a centralized worldwide marketing team and coordinate placements and strategies with the right messaging and moments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build and iterate on the most optimal marketing mix, sharing learnings and reporting results with growth, content, and studio stakeholders.
  • Partner with analytics to create a measurement ecosystem that tracks leading indicators and KPIs throughout the funnel to maximize ROI.
  • Own reallocation efforts of the marketing mix based on successes and failures, ensuring efficient budget deployment and ROI maximization.
  • Work with internal growth leaders to align strategies and audiences across the marketing stack.
  • Coordinate with external media providers to secure optimal placements in TV, Video, Podcast, and OOH media and optimize impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital, programmatic, TV & OOH media buying strategy.
  • Proven success in planning and optimizing cross-platform campaigns that deliver measurable performance.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok Ads, and display DSPs.
  • Knowledge of Linear Media buying strategy and metrics.
  • Familiarity with CTV platforms such as Tatari or MNTN.
  • Ability to approach OOH media with a performance marketing mindset.
  • Experience collaborating with growth, marketing, creative, and finance teams.
  • Platform fluency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, with understanding of platform nuances.
  • Audience-centric approach with the ability to meet audiences with the right message at the right time across platforms and DMAs.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of clearly articulating ideas to team members and executives.
  • Confidence in analyzing large data sets and using insights to develop and execute strategies.
  • Deep understanding of measurement and attribution; experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) is a plus.
  • BS/BA or equivalent work experience.
