We are seeking a strategic, cross-functional leader to serve as the Personalization Strategy Manager, responsible for identifying and defining requirements to deliver personalized customer experiences at scale across digital and physical channels. This role will act as a critical bridge between Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams, ensuring alignment on personalization goals and technology capabilities. The Manager will bring an understanding of product development processes, customer journey mapping, and modern tech stacks enabling personalization, such as CDPs, DCOs, CMS, CRM, and orchestration engines. Job duties will include defining business and technical requirements for scalable personalization across digital (web, mobile, email, app) and offline (in-store, call center) channels, collaborating with stakeholders to align personalization strategies with broader business objectives and customer segmentation models, and acting as the connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Customer Strategy teams.
