Key Responsibilities

  • Bring Tatcha's product stories to life by crafting meaningful narratives that honor the brand's heritage and resonate with consumers.
  • Partner closely with the Director to synthesize consumer insights, sales data, competitive analysis, and global feedback to inform product portfolio strategy and lead product development from ideation to launch.
  • Identify opportunities to reignite excitement for existing products, driving sustained consumer engagement and brand relevance.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Development, Packaging, R D, Creative, and Operations to deliver innovations from concept to consumer.
  • Develop timely, detailed marketing briefs for all new product and sampling initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
  • Lead the development of promotional product programs to support sales channels and go-to-market strategies.
  • Proactively address developmental and operational challenges throughout the product launch process.
  • Conduct detailed pricing analyses and make strategic SRP recommendations for core, new, and limited-edition launches.
  • Manage cost of goods for product launches and identify opportunities for cost efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Demand Planning to provide volume projections and support global forecasting.
  • Partner with global retailers and regional teams to ensure product strategies are executed and business objectives are achieved.
  • Develop and distribute launch toolkits and communications for global markets, including launch calendars, pricing, product positioning, and strategic guidance.
  • Support the development of key presentations for leadership meetings, global strategy sessions, and product reviews.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing preferably within prestige beauty industry, focused on skincare, leading the process end to end.
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus.
  • Consumer-obsessed with a passion for uncovering unmet needs and crafting product stories that emotionally connect.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment with an agile and self-driven mindset.
  • A strategic and analytical thinker with strong quantitative skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Highly collaborative and able to inspire cross-functional partners, earning alignment and support for key initiatives.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on delivering growth while upholding brand integrity.
  • Culturally aware, with the ability to understand market nuances and local consumer needs.
  • Creative and future-focused, with a natural intuition for emerging trends.
  • Strong business acumen, capable of synthesizing data to make consumer-centric decisions.
  • Experience with building a product pipeline and seeing products through from concept, development, and go-to-market.
  • Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area and work a hybrid schedule (in-office two days per week).
