Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a high-performing team of Product Marketers, supporting their development while executing hands-on work as a player-coach.
  • Drive go-to-market strategy and execution across a suite of evolving solutions, partnering with Product, Marketing, and Sales to launch products that win.
  • Develop differentiated, value-driven messaging and positioning that clearly communicates the benefits of the platform to target personas.
  • Build and deliver sales enablement programs, collateral, and tools to equip commercial and enterprise teams to sell effectively and confidently.
  • Champion customer insights through research and cross-functional collaboration, using findings to inform positioning, roadmap, and content.
  • Define and operationalize scalable product marketing workflows to ensure consistency and impact across all initiatives.
  • Harness AI tools to streamline research, content creation, performance analysis, and market intelligence.
  • Define and track KPIs for launches and campaigns, analyze results, and iterate strategies to demonstrate business impact.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, with recent experience managing or mentoring others.
  • Proven success in strategic leadership and hands-on execution of high-impact marketing programs.
  • Deep experience with go-to-market planning, product launches, and driving revenue outcomes.
  • Strong foundation in market and customer research, with the ability to synthesize insights into action.
  • Excellent communication skills, including crafting narratives, influencing cross-functional teams, and presenting with clarity.
  • Strong sales enablement instincts and a builder's mindset, with experience creating messaging frameworks, pitch decks, and battlecards.
  • Familiarity or enthusiasm for using AI to accelerate marketing execution and insight generation.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SaaS AI tools.
  • Mentoring or leadership experience in a senior marketing role.

Qualifications

  • 7 years of experience in product marketing, specifically in B2B SaaS.
