Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of two marketing specialists responsible for audience and tactical marketing strategy, project, vendor and budget management for key Panasonic Consumer Electronics categories including premium personal care and audio/entertainment.
  • Work closely with product teams to understand category goals, audience targets, challenges and budgets, developing aligned B2C marketing strategies for each category/sub-category.
  • Oversee the marketing budget for each category, ensuring funds are allocated efficiently and evaluating tactical breakdowns based on performance and market conditions.
  • Align with customer insights and performance marketing teams to identify market and campaign trends, audience insights, and drive demand growth and sales.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing team to identify and track keywords and demand trends, applying learnings to marketing strategies.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and recommend new trends, partners, technology, platforms, and tools to enhance competitiveness and efficiency.
  • Manage all paid marketing activations including advertising, social and influencer campaigns, events, sponsorships, and partnerships, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Oversee selection of agencies and partners, managing project briefs, proposals, negotiations, and vendor relationships.
  • Manage organic social media efforts, working with content teams to drive content and creator strategies aligned with brand and category goals.
  • Coordinate with content, creative, and PR teams to develop briefs and oversee content development, approval, and execution across assets and web experiences.
  • Implement tracking tools like UTM's, hashtags, and keywords, working with BI teams to ensure data accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain understanding of the competitive landscape, providing insights to differentiate Panasonic and meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, insights, and brand teams to design go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
  • Communicate marketing strategies, activities, and results internally and to HQ, using data-driven storytelling.
  • Lead weekly meetings for alignment, manage project status and budgets via Monday.com, and develop monthly/quarterly reports on marketing activities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a B2C marketing role with direct budget management of $1MM+ and quantifiable performance achievements.
  • Ability to develop and drive brand and marketing strategies using data and empathetic thinking.
  • Proven skill in analyzing customer insights and campaign data, and communicating findings to leadership.
  • Experience in a transformational environment requiring rapid, agile re-prioritization and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in a global organization is a plus.
  • Strong results-orientation with clear objectives and KPIs, and ability to track performance.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to visually tell data-driven stories.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly under pressure.
  • Excellent time and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize work based on business objectives.
  • Strong team player with openness to diverse perspectives and feedback.
  • Extreme attention to detail and passion for data.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current cultural and social media trends.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and campaign setup within Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, social media, and retail ad platforms.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Basic Photoshop skills (resizing, cropping, saving formats) preferred.
  • Experience with Monday.com project management is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, including overnight and international travel.
  • Ability to work outside of regular hours as needed.
