About the Role

The Manager, Brand Manager Marketed Value at Old Navy is responsible for developing and executing strategic promotional and loyalty campaigns to drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing campaign performance, staying informed about industry trends, and contributing to overall marketing strategy within a fast-paced, inclusive environment that values authenticity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative promotional campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, social media, in-store, online) to support Marketed Value including Loyalty, Card, Today Only Deals, Super Cash, Clearance, seasonal events, and brand initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Merchandising, Creative, Online Experience) to ensure successful campaign launches and consistent brand messaging.
  • Work closely with Program Management to ensure all projects are delivered on time.
  • Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies to identify new opportunities and drive innovation.
  • Contribute to the development of Old Navy's overall marketing strategy and promotional calendar.
  • Manage and mentor a team member, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing, with content marketing experience required.
  • Proven ability to translate promotional stories into compelling marketing messages.
  • Strategic, data-driven, global thinker with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Solid analytical skills, ability to glean insights and tell a story from data.
  • Strong ability to prioritize on the go.
  • Team player with top-notch people skills capable of fostering relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • High energy level and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changeable environment, comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Laser-focused on results both individually and for the team.
  • Self-starter with curiosity and eagerness to test and learn.
  • Experience in fashion and retail strongly preferred.

  • Experience in consumer marketing, content marketing, and fashion/retail preferred.
