About the Role

The Sr. Analyst - Toyota Guest Experience role is part of Toyota's eCommerce Sales Department, focusing on increasing dealer participation in the ecommerce program and growing online sales of Toyota OE parts and accessories. Key Responsibilities

  • Grow Toyota parts and accessory eCommerce sales for the appropriate Toyota share of the billion-dollar online market.
  • Engage Toyota Sales Regions, Private Distributors, and Dealers to encourage participation in Toyota's ecommerce revenue channel.
  • Develop strategies to leverage the ecommerce platform to increase online sales of OE Toyota parts and accessories for participating dealerships.
  • Lead the strategy for ecommerce site and program enhancements.
  • Manage the dealer SEM program.
  • Collaborate with Parts & Accessory Marketing and the eCommerce Sales team to determine which products to promote and the most effective marketing methods.

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to build relationships and negotiate agreements.
  • Creative mindset with an aptitude for building strong business relationships.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 25% of the time.

Nice to Have

  • MBA or relevant advanced degree.
  • Experience in Fixed Operations, specifically in Parts/Accessories including field and/or retail operations with understanding of segmentation and trends.
  • Experience and knowledge of the automotive industry.
  • Experience with agile work frameworks.
  • Experience in digital product ownership or development.
  • 3-5 years of eCommerce or Digital Retailing experience.
  • BS/BA in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
