About the Role

The Manager Retail Account at Acosta-US is responsible for increasing sales volume through perfect on-shelf execution and product availability for Gillette. The role involves building relationships with store leadership and associates, resolving out-of-stock issues, and utilizing data to implement action plans within a territory of up to 40 stores. Key Responsibilities

  • Increase sales volume through perfect on-shelf execution and product availability for Gillette products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with store leadership and associates.
  • Resolve out-of-stock issues and improve shelf presence of Gillette items.
  • Utilize data to identify problems and implement corrective action plans within a territory of up to 40 stores.
  • Execute merchandising strategies and improve product placement at store level.
  • Travel within the territory, with mileage reimbursements included.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of relevant experience within Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to overcome obstacles to improve sales.
  • Passion and energy to address shelf availability opportunities daily.
  • Hands-on mentality to resolve issues and execute solutions at store level.
  • Persuasive presentation skills, resilience, determination, and flexibility.
  • Intermediate ability in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driver's license to travel within the territory.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
