Your role is pivotal in identifying business opportunities based on retailer and shopper insights, developing category plans, influencing planograms, and leading 'test and learn' concepts with customers. You will utilize customer POS data, syndicated data, and industry information to support existing initiatives and explore new opportunities. Additionally, you will conduct ongoing category reviews, monitor competitive activity, and develop a high-performing team through coaching and mentoring.
