About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of implementation engineers to deliver exceptional customer experience, ensuring customers are live efficiently with robust and scalable integrations.
Set clear goals and expectations, provide regular feedback, and support individual development through coaching and mentorship.
Act as a sparring partner and escalation layer, supporting the team in navigating complex projects and technical challenges.
Foster an inspiring, collaborative, and feedback-driven team culture that reflects the Adyen Formula.
Scale the team while preserving the company's unique culture and high standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to scale the global Implementation Management organization.
Assist in executing strategic initiatives to advance organizational OKRs, address critical challenges, and manage major workload drivers.

Requirements

5+ years of leadership experience managing a team of implementation engineers, technical consultants, or solutions engineers.
Hands-on experience with integration projects in complex environments, ideally in professional services, payments, fintech, retail, or enterprise technology.
Experience in leading or contributing to global process improvements, scaling tools and procedures for operational success.
Ability to navigate and influence within a global organization, collaborating across time zones and cultures.
Strong understanding of global commerce dynamics, including technical, regulatory, and operational components for customer success across regions.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when needed.

Experience in E-Commerce, Unified Commerce, Marketplaces, or Financial Services.
