About the Role

The Testjob position is designed for a dynamic individual who will play a critical role in bridging the gap between technical solutions and client needs. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen to effectively communicate and implement solutions in the biotech and telecommunications sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality technical solutions to clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the capabilities of our biotech and telephony solutions.
Engage with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
Work closely with sales engineering teams to tailor solutions that meet customer requirements and industry standards.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations and insights to clients.
Assist in the development of technical documentation and training materials for clients and internal teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biotechnology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
Strong background in telephony systems, including VoIP and Cisco technologies.
Experience in sales engineering or similar roles, with a focus on client engagement and solution delivery.
Proficient in networking concepts, TCP/IP, and PC platforms.
Knowledge of firmware and embedded systems development.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
Valid WI Fire and Casualty License is a plus.
Familiarity with C++ programming and software engineering principles.
Experience in after-sale administration and customer support.
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
