About the Role

The Manager, Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) at Nestlé USA supports the Nutrition division by aligning SRM levers with commercial experience to help division and channel teams achieve their business goals. The role involves leading the SRM Nutrition pod, fostering a high-performance team culture, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive best practices in pricing, promotion, pack architecture, and assortment strategies. The position emphasizes continuous development of SRM capabilities, stakeholder management, and supporting profitable growth initiatives within a supportive and inclusive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the SRM Nutrition pod on the Arlington campus
  • Support growth and development of direct report(s)
  • Foster a team culture of high performance, team development, and service orientation
  • Partner and collaborate across the team and cross-functionally to drive world-class SRM practices
  • Support alignment of business targets to SRM vision and the execution of SRM deployment across divisions
  • Help Division drive +2% NNS/kg each year
  • Influence discipline and cultural change to embed SRM thought leadership within commercial planning processes
  • Continuously evolve, develop, build, and share SRM best practices for Price, Promo, PPA, Mix/Assortment
  • Conduct thorough analysis and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations
  • Monitor current execution of SRM practices to refresh feedback loop and evolution
  • Support plans and drive stakeholder management to standardize SRM practices
  • Support development of Price/Promo capabilities across divisions
  • Drive market analyses for price and promo opportunities and impact estimation
  • Support identification of pricing opportunities and develop pricing scenarios
  • Support recommendations on price and promo per channel/customer
  • Monitor pricing execution and perform post-promo analysis
  • Develop understanding of pricing and promotion tactics and ROI
  • Drive promo strategy and provide real-time recommendations
  • Support the definition and execution of Price-Pack Architecture
  • Support development of PPA placemats and monitor for optimization opportunities
  • Support deep business analysis to uncover growth opportunities
  • Define and execute Mix & Assortment strategies
  • Work cross-functionally with division leaders, stakeholders, accounts, and brands
  • Ensure alignment of SRM ambitions with field execution
  • Support tracking and measuring the financial impact of SRM initiatives
  • Provide understanding of SRM levers and their impact on P&L lines
  • Support high-level SRM strategy across division stakeholders
  • Develop direct report(s)
  • Own driving a culture of profitable growth
  • Identify opportunities and be accountable for executing initiatives

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of Business experience preferred, experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry a plus
  • 1+ years related Strategic Pricing experience preferred
  • Strong track record in analytic or commercial sales/marketing roles
  • Understanding of tool development, syndicated data, promotional effectiveness, sales finance
  • Familiarity with multiple data sources such as syndicated sales data, financial data, and consumer data
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, IRI, PowerBI, PowerPoint
  • Ability to transform data/insights into compelling stories with recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across functions
  • Commercial experience in marketing and/or sales
  • Understanding of end-to-end planning and execution processes
  • Knowledge of financial concepts such as cash flow, NPV, IRR, ROI
  • Ability to lead change management in complex environments
  • Robust stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Decision-making ability around margin management
  • Analytical thought partner capable of creating actionable insights
