Staff VP Growth Studio

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Leads 0-1 product incubation and venture building from concept to launch, applying lean startup and agile methodologies.
• Develops and manages roadmaps, pilots, and experiments that validate business models, consumer adoption, and product-market fit.
• Collaborates with product, design, engineering, and clinical stakeholders to ensure alignment and rapid delivery of new digital solutions.
• Builds partnerships with internal business units and external innovators to accelerate commercialization.
• Hires, mentors, and scales a multidisciplinary Growth Studio team across product, design, engineering, and venture strategy.
• Establishes frameworks for AI integration, user-centered design, and D2C/B2C growth strategies.
• Manages reporting, outcomes measurement, and continuous iteration to ensure ventures align with strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Willingness to travel to worksite and other locations as necessary.

Nice to Have

• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Strong track record of 0-1 product development and scaling D2C or B2C digital products.
• Experience building or leading a venture studio, accelerator, or innovation lab.
• Portfolio of delivered digital products, pilots, or ventures.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, and data-driven personalization in health or consumer products.
• Expertise in human-centered design, rapid prototyping, and product-market fit validation.
• Strong collaboration skills with senior executives, clinicians, product, and technology teams.
• Ability to balance startup agility with enterprise scale to deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• Educational background includes a BA/BS degree in a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of related experience or equivalent background.
