Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Amperity's paid digital strategy across search, social, display, video, and emerging platforms, managing budgets, campaigns, and performance to maximize ROI.
  • Design full-funnel programs that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion, tailoring campaigns by persona and industry.
  • Execute hands-on digital platform activities including bidding, targeting, creative testing, and optimization on platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, Reddit, and podcasts.
  • Build and evolve measurement frameworks to track performance across channels, reporting regularly on cost, conversion, engagement, and pipeline contribution.
  • Experiment with new tactics, creative formats, and digital experiences to find more efficient paths to growth.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product marketing, creative, RevOps, field, and sales teams to align on campaign priorities and share insights.
  • Continuously optimize audience segmentation, messaging, landing experiences, and nurture flows to increase impact at each stage of the buyer journey.
  • Serve as the in-house expert on paid digital trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Amperity remains at the forefront of growth marketing.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing, with deep expertise in paid media strategy and execution.
  • Proven ability to run full-funnel B2B campaigns that drive awareness and pipeline across multiple audiences and industries.
  • Hands-on experience with digital platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and familiarity with emerging channels like TikTok, Reddit, CTV, and podcasts.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building measurement frameworks, reporting on performance, and translating insights into action.
  • Demonstrated success in optimizing audience targeting, creative, messaging, and landing experiences to improve ROI.
  • Experience marketing to technical audiences (developers, IT, engineers, data scientists); familiarity with the data cloud ecosystem is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of building email workflows in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and creating campaign conversion reports in Salesforce.
  • Experience collaborating on influencer marketing programs engaging industry experts or communities.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience partnering across campaigns, ABM, lifecycle, creative, and sales teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a bias for testing, learning, and innovating.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with the data cloud ecosystem.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms like Marketo.
  • Experience with influencer marketing programs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital or growth marketing.
