About the Role

Tradesmen International is the nation's leading provider of skilled craftsmen, supporting shipyards, yacht yards, and maritime contractors across major port cities in the United States. The Marine Division focuses on serving the maritime industry, including shipbuilding and ship repair. The Marine Account Executive role involves building relationships within this industry, managing key accounts, and contributing to the growth of a quad-regional territory in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Create and grow sales by meeting with key decision makers and managing key accounts.
Build and sustain strong long-term client relationships.
Perform limited administrative functions critical to the sales function.

Requirements

Ability to work in a high-energy team environment, be self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record.
Proven sales experience in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships.
3+ years of maritime and/or government related sales experience.
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and smart phone/laptop computer.
Up to 25-50% travel expectation.

Qualifications

Proficiency using technology including a smartphone, tablet, CRM software, and Office 365.
