About the Role

The Market Research Senior Analyst at Accenture is a hybrid role focused on closing external information gaps and informing brand impact through comprehensive research. The role requires a strong marketing background and expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. The candidate will support marketing strategies by translating data into actionable insights, understanding market dynamics and consumer behavior, and helping to optimize targeting, positioning, and messaging. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute both qualitative and quantitative research studies, including blind testing, A/B testing, and utilizing methodologies from major agencies.
  • Analyze complex datasets using statistical tools like SPSS, Python, or SQL to identify trends and insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Develop strategic recommendations based on research findings and help integrate these insights into real-world applications.
  • Lead research projects from conception to completion, coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing resources effectively.
  • Use research findings to inform and shape marketing strategies, including targeting, positioning, and messaging.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, present findings, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Deliver clear and compelling presentations of research findings to stakeholders.
  • Address research challenges with innovative solutions to ensure project progress.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, including strategy development, campaign management, and consumer analysis.
  • Proficiency in English at C1/B2+ level.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C domains, including strategy or execution.
  • Experience working with clients in the United States is preferred.
  • Experience in crafting medium-complexity marketing plans and working with creative agencies.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and digital fluency.
  • Experience pitching proposals to clients.
  • Ability to craft verbal and written tactical recommendations for marketing professionals.
  • Experience working with project management and CRM software.
  • Curiosity and creativity in understanding consumer behavior and designing research and marketing strategies.
  • Adaptability to changing client needs and market conditions.
  • Resilience and capacity to learn from mistakes and persist in challenging situations.
  • Consulting mindset, great communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and highly organized.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, taking ownership of accounts.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in energy/oil and gas clients.
  • Experience working with high-end agencies or in a worldwide marketing program.
