About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Administrator to join our growing team at BEAL PROPERTIES LLC. This role involves managing content, coordinating events, and expanding media presence to support initiatives such as scheduling podcast appearances, planning events, coordinating newsletters, and creating content strategies. The position aims to expand reach and generate qualified leads, contributing to brand growth and outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Research and schedule in-state and out-of-state events for the team to attend.
Plan and coordinate branded events to attract new leads and partners.
Identify and secure event sponsorship opportunities.
Oversee YouTube content scheduling and management.
Create and manage social media content and templates for platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and BiggerPockets.
Draft and distribute marketing emails, especially for fundraising and investor outreach.
Research and schedule podcast appearances for the spokesperson (Stewart).
Manage follow-up and logistics for podcast engagements.
Reach out to guest columnists and manage submissions for the newsletter.
Ensure timely publication of each newsletter.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Strong skills in content creation, social media management, and event coordination.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with email platforms such as Mailchimp and Constant Contact.
Knowledge of content tools like Canva and Hootsuite.
Experience with podcast, video editing, or YouTube channel management is a bonus.
