Marketing Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop lifecycle marketing, always-on campaigns across email, push notification, SMS and in-app channels to increase frequency and improve retention.
• Create and own an experimentation roadmap to execute a rigorous testing agenda, validate hypotheses and scale effective messaging interventions.
• Define experiment setup (targeting, timing, channel strategy, duration, primary metrics).
• Write creative briefs and work with creative teams to design campaign assets.
• Engage cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Creative teams to meet growth targets and improve campaign performance through better tooling, automation, and personalization.
• Measure and report on the impact of projects and collaborate to scale efficient levers.
• Build and maintain real-time dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor and analyze product adoption, engagement, retention, and campaign performance, ensuring prompt adjustments.
• Use cohort analysis, funnel tracking, and predictive modeling to understand user behavior and guide marketing strategies.
• Conduct A/B tests on landing pages, creatives, and messaging to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
• Drive flagship growth programs through channel and full funnel marketing plans to maximize user growth and impact.
• Shape product roadmaps through market and customer research, competitive analyses, audience segmentation and sizing.
• Establish targets and expectations by quarter, supporting business goals, and tracking performance against engagement levers.
• Drive and support regular business reviews for scaled adoption programs, delivering actionable insights and course corrections.

Requirements

• You've launched, scaled and analyzed owned channel lifecycle marketing campaigns.
• Experimentation experience and mindset, with a proven track record of executing A/B tests, optimizing campaigns and translating data into insights.
• Solid understanding of marketing analytics concepts, such as campaign performance, segmentation, engagement metrics, and funnel analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Customer Success metrics (GRR, NRR, product adoption, customer health scoring, etc.).
• Proficiency with SQL or similar data querying languages; comfortable working with large datasets.
• Experience using monetary incentives to drive business impact and influence behavior.
• Creative and empathetic thinker; you always think of the customer first.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex data stories for business audiences.
• BA/BS degree.
• 8+ years in Customer Success Operations, Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, or related SaaS roles.
• Experience with product launches and consumer campaigns.
• Analytical and problem-solving experience.
• Interest and understanding of Mobile Platforms.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Gainsight).

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree
• 8+ years of relevant experience in SaaS or related fields
