We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Analyst to join our Digital Marketing team. This role is pivotal in employing data science and AI to drive digital marketing strategies, build targeted audiences, and enhance sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build Advanced DMP Audiences: Develop and handle Data Management Platform (DMP) audiences based on behavior, accounts, purchase history, and RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) analysis.
  • Optimize Targeting and Engagement: Identify lost accounts and champions to optimize targeting and engagement strategies.
  • Leverage AEP: Use the Audience Engagement Platform (AEP) to build models and audiences for targeted campaigns, optimizing digital ad spend.
  • Use AI to mine websites, lists, and industry organizations to identify valuable data sources.
  • Drive AI Adoption: Promote the use of AI tools and platforms to better engage customers and improve the efficiency of the digital marketing technology stack.
  • Enhance Data Profiling: Supplement existing data to improve profiling and targeting accuracy.
  • Drive eCommerce initiatives through data-driven insights and audience segmentation.
  • Use Adobe Analytics to analyze data, foster data-based decision-making, and drive customer engagement of eCommerce channels.
  • Implement micro analytics to provide detailed insights and actionable recommendations for marketing programs worldwide.
  • Manage Customer Identification (CID) tracking to monitor and optimize customer interactions, increasing revenue and optimizing digital marketing efforts.
  • Develop cross-sell models across divisions and job types to find opportunities for increased sales and customer engagement.
  • Create and maintain a prospecting dashboard to support sales teams in identifying and targeting potential customers effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with limited experience; or equivalent work experience in Data Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, data science, and AI.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Adobe Analytics and other data analysis tools.
  • Experience with DMP, AEP, and eCommerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of CRMs (SFDC preferred), Marketing Automation (Oracle Eloqua preferred), Adobe Ad Cloud, and Adobe Analytics.
  • Ability to mine and analyze large datasets to drive marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and advocacy skills to inform and support clinical requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven attitude.
  • Ability to distill complex information into concise and easy-to-understand concepts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to varying audience sizes.
  • Fast learner and self-starter, with the ability to work in a dynamic team and adapt quickly to a changing environment.
  • Excellent project management, organization, time-management, planning, and budgeting skills.
  • Ability to translate metrics into actionable business decisions.
  • Collaborative partner who can influence across functional teams and geographies in a complex, highly matrixed organization.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.

Nice to Have
