Key Responsibilities

Developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve total census, mix, and revenue goals within nursing centers and assisted living communities.
Overseeing external and internal referral management strategies, collaborating closely with Clinical Admissions Directors (CADs) for conversion processes.
Serving as a key representative of the center within the community, driving business growth through relationship-building and competitive landscape analysis.
Managing referral generation activities.
Conducting competitive landscape analysis.
Engaging with the community to promote brand management.
Managing territory and admissions processes.
Handling benefits verifications.
Providing leadership and team building within the department.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year in healthcare admissions and three (3) years' experience in a healthcare setting.
Minimum of two (2) years college education in healthcare administration, business management, marketing, or public relations (preferred).
Ability to adjust work schedule based on centers' business needs, specifically incoming admissions.
