About the Role

Global Promo is a supplier of creative promotional products that combine U.S. inventory with custom overseas sourcing. Our tight-knit team operates across the U.S. and China with a strong focus on innovation and efficiency. We operate in the B2B space, supporting distributors, agencies, and corporate clients—our marketing is focused on business customers, not retail consumers.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and implement automations in Zoho CRM, Campaigns, Inventory, and Flow
Work with Zoho support and tutorials to build and optimize processes (e.g., lead routing, email triggers, tracking)
Use ChatGPT or other AI tools to generate marketing content, analyze data, and streamline campaigns
Stay up to date on AI tools and suggest ways to integrate them into our daily operations
Manage social media, email campaigns, SEO content, and product updates
Write engaging product descriptions and improve visibility across platforms
Support design and layout of flyers, landing pages, videos, and newsletters
Ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with a B2B audience
Track trends in the promotional products and B2B marketing industries
Identify new tools, tech, or competitors to keep us ahead of the curve

Requirements

Comfort with learning new digital tools and platforms
Clear communication and attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience (or strong interest) in workflow tools like Zoho One or similar software
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Midjourney, etc.)

Nice to Have

Digital marketing background (email, SEO, social)
Canva, or basic graphic editing skills
Web editing or automation experience

Qualifications

Experience or strong interest in workflow tools like Zoho One or similar software
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Midjourney, etc.)
