Marketing and Brand Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute marketing strategies to drive growth and brand awareness
• Design branded merchandise and marketing materials
• Manage and update websites and online stores
• Plan and promote in-house events, parties, and live entertainment
• Work with brewers to concept and launch new beer and RTD releases
• Create and publish engaging content across social, email, and web
• Take photo and video content to support promotions and storytelling
• Drive digital marketing efforts, including SEO, email campaigns, and ads

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience
• Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
• Experience with SEO and digital marketing
• Ability to shoot photo and video content (phone or DSLR)
• Comfortable managing websites and e-commerce
• Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills

Nice to Have

• Background in craft beverage, events, or hospitality

Qualifications

• Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Bay Shore, NY 11706 prior to starting
